With a passion for humanity and a heart for the vulnerable, Sarah has dedicated her life to advocating for disadvantaged communities across Uganda, including nationals and refugees. Her extensive experience working with these communities has equipped her with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Holding a bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply chain Management, Sarah brings strategic leadership and expertise to SAN, inspiring hope for a better tomorrow and empowering vulnerable communities to thrive.
Mr. Yokonia Wanjala
Yokonia serves as the Board Secretary for Sozo Africa Network, bringing his expertise and passion for development to support the organization's mission. As a seasoned professional with a Master's degree, Yokonia has dedicated his life to advocating for the rights of children and women, driven by his personal experience of being sponsored by a charity organization to pursue his education. With years of experience as a university lecturer and work with various NGO's, Yokonia possesses a deep understanding of community development and governance. As a pastor and a theologian, he combines his spiritual calling with his professional expertise, championing the cause of the vulnerable and ensuring their voices are heard. Yokonia's unique blend of academic, professional, and spiritual experience makes him an invaluable asset to SAN's Board.
Joyce Babirye
Joyce is the treasurer for Sozo Africa Network, bringing her financial expertise and stewardship to support the organization's mission. As a passionate pastor and gifted gospel artist, Joyce has a heart for serving others and dedicated her life to spreading hope and empowerment to those who need it most. Through her music ministry, she brings Joy and inspiration to countless lives. Joyce's Commitment to SAN extends beyond her financial oversight, as she is also dedicated to uplifting and supporting vulnerable communities, helping them discover their full potential and break free from cycles of poverty and inequality.

As a qualified secondary school teacher holding a bachelor’s degree in secondary school education, with extensive experience working with NGO’s and schools, Deo has developed a passion to skilling and mentoring children, youth, and women.
